What is PALO?
PALO is a Filipino-inspired pickleball streetwear brand blending modern minimalism with cultural identity. Our designs are created for players who value clean aesthetics, comfort, movement, and purpose.
What inspired the brand?
PALO was born from the love of pickleball and the unity, strength, and artistry of Filipino culture. We aim to elevate the sport through style, representation, and high-quality performance apparel.
Do I have to be Filipino to wear PALO?
Not at all. PALO celebrates culture, diversity, and community. Our pieces are for everyone who appreciates modern design and plays with passion.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, and international shipping will be available soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping option.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, email us immediately at palopickleball@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags still attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at palopickleball@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (while supplies last). If the item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We’ll replace it at no cost. Please email a photo and your order number to palopickleball@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return sale items?
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
PRODUCT & SIZING
How do your items fit?
PALO apparel features a modern, minimalistic fit. Most items are true to size, but we recommend checking the size chart on each product page.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from premium blends designed for comfort, mobility, and breathability—perfect for both on-court performance and off-court style.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items will be restocked, while others are limited releases. Follow us on Instagram @PaloPickleball for updates.
SOCIAL IMPACT
Do you give back to the community?
Yes. 5% of all proceeds are donated to the Healing Hands Foundation, supporting communities and medical missions in the Philippines.
